I never actually "fast", but its impossible to both eat and sleep at the same time.
Diet and exercise(work) are vital factors.
108 is the 30 days average, so I must be doing something right.
Bur, during the day, I have some 70 and 80 numbers, so I snack on apple sauce and nuts, also oranges, bananas and very soon - strawberries.
I was doing better on no snacks and 4 meals per day, but this interferes too much with work.
I take 2 tbsp in a glass of water and eat a high carbohydrate meal and find my BG to be acceptable.
