ok so in the morning my fasting BS was 118 and after having breakfast , lunch of persian kakbob with white rice and one hour tread mill

the night BS is 121

so what does this mean .

It sounds like you have great control right now - many people, myself included, would love to have those sort of levels.
Whatever you are doing keep doing it as you are doing extremely well.

The numbers are good Ray. Though the ultimate goal is for fasting #'s to be below 110, (some say 100), these are the hardest to control because it's your body doing the work without you actively involved (unless you're staying up all night to exercise and control them , lol). The #'s you have now are ones many of us here are striving for.
