After gallbladder surgery I have developed a pain under my right breast in the rib cage area. The sensations vary from dull aching pain, to a pulling sensation, and sometimes a spasm like pain.

Does anyone else experience this symptom.

Hey, I get that sometimes, it's like a sharp stabbing pain but mine goes away after a few minutes. I asked my doctor about that a couple of years ago and she said if it doesn't last that long than don't worry about it, but if it starts coming on more frequiently than call her. She said it's just a cramp. Also, when does this happen? Like is it when you are doing something in particular or moving a certain way?
I agree though, it's always better to talk to your doctor about stuff you are unsure of...better safe than sorry. :)
