-I would greatly appreciate anyone who is willing to read this and give me some thoughts on it.-
Right now I am trying to make it on my own. I am 21 working on min. wage living with my boyfriend. Long story short my mom kicked me out of my house because I did not want my sexual abusive dad to come and leave with us again. My boyfriends cousin has just moved in with us. He is 18 and his family was doing so bad that they couldnt even afford shampoo. He told us he just wants to try and make something of his life. So, now it comes to this, where I need some advice:
My thoughts are going crazy here. We only charge him 200 a month but taking on the payments of the light bill and even the food with an extra person is killing me. Everytime we try to ask him to help more or even to do the dishes he feels as if we dont want him there. We have only had us with us for roughly 2 months now. Idk what to do. Like I keep wanting to open my heart to him but there are times when I am filled with anger for him!!!! please help

Just know that if he DID 'take you to court', it would be a CIVIL matter .. and it would cost him a good bit of money. So .. while (maybe) he COULD take you to court, it is not likely he would.
I think if you take the right approach, and 'lean on it' hard enough, you can get him to 'make other arrangements'.
Yes, my brother was ready to strangle him on many occasions, but it was his ex-wife whom he was trying to appease, for the sake of keeping the peace for their daughter (messy situation).
Some tough love is in order here. $200 a month is more than reasonable. I know the recession is making tough times, but, if he can't afford that, he can't afford to live anywhere, and should be on the street or in a homeless shelter. If he's eating all your food, eating you out of house and home, put a lid on that. Simply buy groceries for each day, or snacks that you can carry with you. He'll have to buy his own damn food when he comes home to an empty fridge.
