as to getting better...I'm better than when I first came here in 2007 but people have changed and I'm pretty much flatline...no emotions what so ever.

I suppose the question if anyone has ever really gotten any better may not ever really be answered. I imagine if someone has gotten better they wouldn't be around here any longer.

Some people are here on DS for maintenance support! They solved a lot of problems, and have it down to a manageable few; it is friends on DS that can help us keep it to that manageable few!

As far as getting " better ", I am definitely doing better with my panic disorder ( that brought me to DS 9 long years ago ) and in turn, my depression is somewhat better because the panic disorder is better, but now I have chronic back pain ( 2 1/2 years post spinal fusion ), so that's depressing.. I guess I'm still a mess.

It's so good to see you here again. If you don't recognize me , it's probably because I don't have a Titans cheerleader avi up. :)
