Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Please understand it is depression making you feel that way, not how your life really is.
you have to think about this before doing anything else!
if there is something you can think of then it can be talked out without meds!!!
doctors will encourage them greatly
if not then it is a depression that is caused by hormones and chemicals!
*smile it may never happen, if it it has there could be alot worse when you think of it!*
I would give everyting i own just to be free from my living nightmare of pain,Pain so bad you dunno what to do with yourself, you ask all the usaul question,s yet no one really can help you,

You are alot younger than me and beleive it or not there is light at the end of your lonely dark tunnel you just have to keep fighting your corner!Don,t let the bugger,s drag you down to there level!Tell them your hurting tell them you can,t see light anymore just hopelessness,
Every day for me is a constant battle,You should have other people helping you to fight your corner,it sound,s like you need to change your doc and med,s,I,m sorry i,m not too great myself but you have a better chance than i do,please seek help elsewhere because you need your med,s sorting out and maybe then you,ll have light at the end of your lonely tunnel.

I am taking Effexor and Lamictal--they work just fine for me but do not work for my family--you say you are taking the meds but they are not working--you have to give them time to work if you have just started taking them and they may not be the meds for you--you need to tell your doctor--but please don't deprive those children of their mother--my biological father walked out on me and my mom when I was a baby an if my mom would not have met my adoptive dad when i was 5 i woulodn't have had one--point is i got lucky--if you do this your kids won't be. I think you need to speak to your doctor or psychiatrist about this--someone yhad to prescribe the meds so call them back, tell them how you feel and get them to try something else--some meds can cause suicidal thoughts and feelings. I live with depression and bipolar disorder every day of my life and though it's hard i'm still here. it'll be ok--you have to find what works for you and alsoget some regular counseling. Good luck, God Bless.
