Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

I'm not sure if some breathing exercise could help with your anxiety, or maybe even talking to a counselor about your nervousness, but please don't internalize what your co-workers are saying. You're not the one at fault here.
Just because ppl think you act dumb doesn't mean you are. My hs science teacher used to say "it's better to keep your mouth shut and have ppl think you're stupid than to open your mouth and prove it."
So I try to follow that. Most people don't care about anything I have to say anyway. It either goes over their heads, they look bored, or they laugh when I didn't say anything funny. If this happens to you, maybe you are actually the smart one at work. They just think you're dumb because they don't understand you.
Are you able to just tell the bully to back off? Sometimes that works
wonders and they'll move on to someone else.
