Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Turns out, it was all a giant lie. I was good at my work. The bosses told me so at the retirement party.
I don't tell my God how big my fear is. I tell my fear how big my God is.
Really makes a difference. I say "God", because I have to say something. But Spirit, or Higer Power works just the same.
I've heard there's a way to get boxes. I don't know a lot about it. You would need to ask about it. Apparently, a lot of stores have a lot of extra, unused boxes in the back that they usually allow people to take. You should ask someone about them. I think this is mainly at big grocery stores.
Personally, I think it's best to make that manager help you. Tell her something like, "I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing/or if I'm doing it correctly, can you give me a basic idea about how I should do this?" If your manager still doesn't help you, add a follow-up question of some sort, "Can you explain how to do that one part because I don't want to do it incorrectly." You should ask her about the most important things rather than asking a billion questions which would become bothersome after the 50th time. I think it would be a lot better if you showed that you cared about doing your job efficiently by asking for assistance, even if you did get something wrong anyway. Even with minimal assistance received by your manager, it's very likely that you'd do a lot better than you would without.
By the way, you should do something relaxing for yourself to help with the stress because you deserve it.
