WORRYING CAN TAKE YOUR MENTAL FOCUS AWAY.
I LAY IN BED AND TURN THE LIGHT OFF AND CLOSE MY EYES.
I THINK ABOUT A CHRISTIAN SONG TO FOCUS MY MIND ON.
I THEN RELAX AND THINK ABOUT NOTHING.
AFTER A WHILE I M RELAXED AND MENTALLY REFRESHED.
I AM MENTALLY FOCUSED ENOUGH TO DRIVE OR DO THINGS.

I do relaxation to help with sleeping with the depression and the angzintie.....and with the migraines I am able to lower my blood pressure ....my heart beat ...so my heart beats slower my breathing is slower ....so the blood doesn't pump so hard and I concentrate on reliving all the pain and can until I have to get up and then I have to start over again ...I once went t the hospital because the migrain was still there 2weaks and I was just tired of it and they were all worried they had such a hard time finding my blood pressure and I told them I had been doing this meditation...and that is why my blood pressure was so low ...........I am very spiritual. I always have been ....but I don't go to church ....because since I could understand how they were talking about how god was that they were huminasing god I just tuned out to me you can not huminsae .........god does not punish us .....as far as he is concerned we are just gone to school for the day ......this my opinion but based on events that I have experansed .....sorry for the spelling ..........I pray .....my art I paint and do other arts .....am riting a book ...

Physical activity or a sport improves my concentration.

Getting embroiled in a good movie. There's something about allowing one's self to get emotionally involved with emotionally charged characters within a frame that is very intense.

Sex. There's something about concentrating on body parts in the interest of getting and maintaining an erection that improves concentration.

A good obsession, with an idea that you know will be wonderful when actually achieved.

Yes, suga, sometimes a church, support group like this, or other place where one can concentrate on loving something or someone other than one's self is a great way to concentrate.

Adderall and coffee make me focus. Cigarettes used to but now I quit.
