I've been taking this med since 1994 and of course if you cut back you can get the effects but I had a 3 month episode with Vertigo back in March and it was a virus of some sort and it supposed to go away by itself within 12 weeks or so...Can't remember what it's called but the room spun alright, even worse I always felt like I was falling off a cliff and had to hang on to things. You should see your doc. It has something to do with a liquid in your ear.

I think klonopin is one of the more harsh ones with side effects when tapered off of. It has to be done very slowly, and then still friends have complained that it can be brutal.

I've never taken it, but I've heard the stories about going off it.

If yur panic attacks are returning because yu are cutting down, do yu plan to try/start something new or different to help yur panic attacks?

I have learned a lot of coping techniques and use Lucinda Bassett tapes to help me calm down. . I REALLY hope it is not BPD again, as it took 3 months to get rid of. I really hope this is simple and is something short lived. I feel much more alive now that I have gone down on the Klonopin.

Klonopin does tend to be a tough one to wean off of without side effects. Did you just go right from the one dosage to the smaller one? How long ago?
