Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

My doggies...2 big boys that were rescued...one from shelter another from internet give away because he had issues with people and supposedly bit their kid...he turned out to have anxiety on separation from his humans....and shredding things was his answer...but I live to love that doggie too...the other is big boy that is so sweet to everyone....he loves people and other pets too....
that is first on my list...second is music...I listen to it all the time in car....I have Sirus satellite radio for car that also comes into house unit...
So I listen to my jazz mostly contemporary jazz all the time even over night...I just got some new speakers and now have 7.1surround in living room for movies and four small speakers in bedroom to allow me to play music all night....I also like the old rock and roll of stuff I grew up on...so that is on satellite too...love no commercial radio too...do not like paying for it but it is better that way than local radio as we have no jazz here....none...well none I like..there is PBS at local colleges.....they play some jazz but old school mostly...not contemporary....
The next item on my list is friends I am meeting with meetup.com this is new way for single guy to meet new people male and female to be friendly with...most of the people on meetup.com are looking to find new people to socialize with...so I love Meetup, com
You know me pretty well so you know that spending time with my boys brings me the most joy . Watching my Titans play.. ok.. scratch that.. lol
Watching my Preds? on the fence.. and go Flyers for you.. we're in about the same spot......
I find joy in looking at your avi pic of your favorite soccer player cause he's so dang handsome.. :0)
I know I'm being silly, but you know how much I love you and I want you to find joy. Find it in whatever you can.. the simplest things.. I believe you can find it. I know how kind you are and you love to bake.. Bake some delicious goodies ? Take them to the nursing home? The staff there would love that.
Love you xoxo
