3 days ago, I had the best day. I left my house in the morning to head to the hospital to see my Aunt. My phone rang. It was my Aunt's nurse. I had to go to my Aunt's apartment to get the discharge stuff, including prescriptions. Usually, this would send me into a tailspin and I would be cursing up a storm. I happily went to her apartment and gathered everything up. I stopped at Wawa for a coffee since I hadn't been able to get to the store. My Aunt happened to be in a great mood too. I enjoyed my coffee and my visit. I wish I could bottle that mood up. Today has been a weird day. I slept a lot. All of my friends got on my nerves. I want that good mood back!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that.
