Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Its one of those times when people say, hey you need to snap out of it.
But its not that easy. We have no.motivation to make a change.
But if someone told You they wouldn't be missed. What would you say to them,? Its to bad we don't all have an Angel named Clarence. Like in the movie, Its a Wonderful Life.
But every living person in the world makes a difference to someone else's life. We're all part of one another.
You do make a difference. Don't ever think you don't.
Nobody is interesting when they're down. They're excruciating. But you know what? that's not you. That's your current phase. And having a husband that is scintillating is not required. Having a husband that is alive is required.
Don't break their hearts. You'll come out of this funk at some point. Take care of your energy, take multivitamins, see a doctor and get medication if you need it.
How you feel is not always how things are. And depression gives us tunnel vision thinking that how things are now is how they will always be. I know for a fact that this is wrong.
I hope this method can help build some strong relationships.
