i jsut need to get this out and none of my friends are able to talk so this is all i have right now
i was out picking up my kids from school and when i got home my husband was all pissed off and wouldnt talk to me so after about 45 mins of him stomping around he finally admitted that eh was pissed off and then he said " i dont want to talk about it right now we will talk about it when the kids are in bed" and then didnt talk to me or look at me even for about half an hour and then he was fine talking to me and playing with the kids. i dont understand im so stressed out and he had to go do some work and i dont know when he is going to be back i am just left hanging here all panicked and stuff
nothing is calming me down does anyone have ways they can share about how to break a panick attack?????

i hope tht he comes around and can tell you what was bothering him. no reason really to be all pissy and stomp around. that's kind of childish. good luck. it's not easy when you have little kids, or big kids for that matter.
I don't think your husband treated you well at all. I'd be angry and upset as well. First he stomps around acting out--then throws a piece of provokative information at you, then acts normal, then leaves?? Can you take charge and tell him that you did not like HIS behavior???? Sounds like a good talk is needed and soon. Good Luck.
