I haven't been diagnosed to have depression by a doctor yet and I am afraid to go to the doctor. What do I even say? I have always felt like this, insecure, not good enough, needy for attention but my parents have always told me that I'm just being irrational and I have everything anyone could want so I shouldn't be feeling down. But I still do. I'm slowly ruining a 7-year relationship with my jealousy and insecurities. I swear my boyfriend is looking for someone to replace me with. I think he looks at other girls and finds them more attractive than me and I should be afraid to lose him. I'm not happy with my life. I thought I would be married with kids by now. I'm always late for everything and nothing ever goes as planned with me. Life just pretty much sucks right now. I had found some over the counter pills (DMAA) which were helping me a lot with my mood but now they are ILLEGAL! :( what do I do? any suggestion on over the counter mood enhancers? thank you

And when we first started dating in 2024 he let me know, although he is an engineer by degree, he has an extremely low EQ. Overall, he is ok (not off the charts nice like other guys in...

This is probably not what you want to hear, but from what you describe I think you are better off seeing a professional for help rather than just trying to fix it over the counter.
A pill is not going to fix your insecurity and feelings that you aren't good enough. Trust me, I know because I also have those issues that I am working on through therapy. You need a therapist's help to figure out why you think your boyfriend is looking for a replacement when he's been with you for 7 years. Unfortunately, no supplement is going to fix that.
You are so young. Don't worry about being married with kids by now. You have plenty of time. Work on fixing yourself before you take that plunge.
