Depression Support Group

I've had some family turn into caretakers for a spouse and the hardest thing is to reach out of help from others, because sometimes they feel like they have to do everything themselves. In the end you will be the primary caretaker for a spouse, but it doesn't mean you have to go it alone.
Maybe if there's something someone else can do for her, so she doesn't feel like she has to do everything by herself might help her out.
There is a saying - "The worst vice is advice!"
Yes, it is very difficult to live & love someone with a chronic illness who is not really taking care of himself/herself properly.
I can feel her pain.. My fiance thinks my depression is all in my head and pretty much has told me so.. It debilitating to me but he will never understand. His son has diabetes and understands his sickness full well. Most people will never understand our depression,
Real friends will not allow this to come between them.
