Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Hmmmm that is against some labor laws .. but that does not get you the paycheck you need. Sounds like the company is in trouble .. if it cannot meet payroll. Hope there is a search for a better job going on. Not a lot out there, .. but this is quite a red flag.
Pardon me if you already know, but here is where a family can save a lot of $$$ on groceries:

We have both been looking for new jobs for years.
Oh, and Oscar is without insulin. That's another $60. Luckily, he is doing fine without it, but that doesn't mean that I don't want to get his insulin ASAP.

If hubby does get paid biweekly and she skips, then she would be breaking the law.
Come to think of it, sometimes I think she has gone without paying him for OVER a week!
Big hugs...we went through this a few summers ago...ugh.
((((((hugs))))))
Spoke to hubby about calling the labor board, but he doesn't think it is a good idea. He wants to remain on good terms with his boss and just find a new job. I have a mean streak and would have reported her ages ago, but perhaps this is a good way of getting a good job reference in the future.
His boss really does look up to him tremendously. She just sucks at finances and is irresponsible.
Sounds like there is going to be an even bigger wait on the paycheck. I really wish someone in the company will say something.
Ugh, i'm getting nonstop hangup phonecalls every night. I keep thinking it is someone calling about a job, but it's just a dial tone.
Well, at least I can afford some hamburger meat for tomorrow.
