I feel so overwhelmed at the moment and I really just need people to listen and scream with me!!! They cut my hours again, I am scared shitless on how we will survie!!!! I have had no motivation to call places I have put applications in! My anxiety doesnt help much either. I feel worried about everything at the moment. From the way I look to how we are going to pay the bills!! I want to scream, cry, and laugh all at the same time!!! I keep asking myself how can I fix me??? Maybe if I could find the strenght instead of sleeping or feeling sorry for myself things would be better... then I go tot thinking whats wrong with me which doesnt help!!! Negative talk makes it worse! I cant even afford therapy with health insurance at the moment and I really need it. What do u do to get by??????
My part time job is a cleaning job. It is only about 6 or 7 hours a week, but it makes a Huge Difference money wise.
Do you think you could find something part time to compensate for the hours you were cut?
