Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
things were kinda weird with us for a bit, but shes been there for me when i need her. we are good friends now even though im now doing really really great.
however, unfortunately, ive noticed myself doing the same hurtful things to other friends, needing them all the time.... i know i need to stop before i push them away.
I broke down yesterday in front of everyone'
ALl my team mates...
Someone threatened to kill me in front of my friend and I just broke down...in the street in tears.
I didn't want this. :(
Theres just things I struggle to deal with at the moment.
Complicated things and they get in the way of the fun we can have together, we have had lots of fun together, lately though its like we are all walking on eggshells and I dont want that.
sometimes its hard to gather the eggshells. lol
Im going on holiday for 2 weeks soon...after that maybe.
It is going to be tough though, very tough.
I talk to them every day, or I used to, so keeping space will be hard. :(
Thx for sidetracking my post hehe.
I wanted other peoples experiences hehe.
x
Does that help?
figure out what you want, take your 2 week vacation to have fun and not stress about how you "make things worse for people".
good luck in everything -hugggs-

It makes it difficult for us to pay attention to the present MOMENT.
We don't really see the people we are with and miss the good things arround us Sunrise, Sunset, our children, our grandchildrens innocence and unconditional love and trust.
We miss a good walk or a heart to heart talk with the closest people in our lives.
When we skip the present moment, we have no life because the past is already gone HISTORY and the future never arrives. All we have is the MOMENT.
The present is the most valuable thing we have and will ever have it is all we have.
Yet we continue fretting about what happened in the PAST and WORRYING about what will happen in the future we have no control to change the past or predict the future.
What we can do is to live to day the MOMENT and stop our mind's drive to think about yesterday, to-morrow, next week, next year.
From this MOMENT we can start a new and that goes for every new MOMEMT we have the now and it is time to start living to the fullest.
To day we can tell someone we love them give him or her a warm hug and encourage him or her. Mend that relationship. Make a confession this is the day to appreciate our lives and live each moment like it is our last MOMENT
"Carpe diem" Latin for " Seize the day"
