I did go...I did talk to my dr...I am still SICK...and she gave me new meds....
I want to document my visit in a journal entry...but right now I just don't have the energy to do anything...and I still have SO MUCH to do...but I ain't doing none of it...
I am back in that fog...back to not caring about anything...it's amazing to me how something so important and yet so simple as going to the doctor and taking medication can be so physically and emotionally draining!...
GOD...I just want to feel better...I am still sick and tired of being SICK and TIRED!
well...I guess I'll see y'all later.

I found that when I was in the fog setting small goals helped, getting up and showering or brushing my teeth was a goal that took a lot out of me to achieve but I felt good when I did manage to achieve it.
Gradually I increased the goals
I hope you feel better soon

One of the new meds the dr. gave me has something in it to help me sleep...yesterday, I slept till 11am...and today till 10am...
I still have no energy...but I am managing to do one small thing a day... but its still so exhausting...
I think what I'll do, is set the small goals like you suggested and take this recovery thing one day/one goal at a time...
thanks again!...
When I get bad, I can't even pick up the phone to make a phone call. It's so weird.
Anyway, I hope the meds work and you get some energy soon!
