Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Ask yourself what you can do about each of the situations that bother you right now. If they are unsolvable at the moment then allow them to pass and pick them back up again when you CAN do something about it.
I suggest Mindfulness techniques. They have been helping my quite a bit again recently.
Deep breathing

Grounding.... Focusing on things around you, like taking off your shoes and concentrating on the floor under your feet, or holding a warm cup and focusing on the warmth of the cup, exc
Progressive relaxation Start at your face and tense all your muscles in your face and hold for the count of three, the move down to your neck, your arms, chest, till you have done this to every muscle in your body .... you will be surprised how it will help you relax.
Staying in the moment... concentrate on the here and now... not anything that happened five minutes ago or is going to happen five minutes from now...just what is going on now.
