Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
In the last 24 hours I have had an "unofficial" intervention with my friends. I've decided to seek help for my depression and sexual addiction to feet/hands/crushing/and giantess. I'm on here for discussion, for support, for new friends and conversation. I have contacted my insurance network provider and have contacted several counselors about having my first appointment that I plan on attending. I am also joining this online support group and pursuing my first church attendance in able to meet new people and hopefully have more support. I've been depressed about 17/18 years, ever since i started developing hormones and couldn't attrack women and have always beena lone with no girlfriend in my life. I know i have to love myself first and will work on that in the near and long-term future. Anyone that wants to be friends or offer a helping hand, I welcome that. Thank you.
