I am 26 years old. I don't have a job and I live with my mom and grandmother. I was diagnose with major depression in 2008. I'm taking Pristiq and Geodon. I don't see my therapist as often maybe once a month. My mind is not the same since I graduated from college in 2007. I have a hard time concentrating and focus on a particular things. I can't concentrate or focus because of my depression. One day I am happy and the next day I am sad. I have rollercoaster moods often. Right now I am volunteering at a tax place 5 1/2 hours a day. I wish I can get paid. I think volunteering is too much for me right now. Everyday when I come home from volunteering, I am tired. I'm trying to prove to myself that I can work. My boyfriend told me if I can't work file for disability. I'm trying to prove to myself that I can be independent and work. I'm trying to learn about my depression what I can or can't do. It is complicated. Mental illness run through my family. I don't know what to do.

I am so sorry that you are stuggling. my story is so very similar to yours and im 28 and now im back at home living with my parents after living alone for 5 years after college. things are so much harder to take on with the depression so i totally hear what you are saying. perhaps try to go to therapy more then once a month, it could really help to find that root of the problem. im going to therapy and or a depression group meeting every week so that i can get things out and try to figure out whats REALLY going on. i too have depression running down the lines of my family. im always here to talk and bounce off different things with ya. im sending you good vibes for your strength

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
