I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
The problem with that is . . . that the issues never get addressed due to lack of time. Distractions are good for making sure that one does not downward spiral into an abyss and never come out, but a person needs to eventually work on the issues that contribute to the depression.
I've been working on a lot of my issues over the past year and I've made a lot of progress. I could not have done this work previously. So I guess those distractions where necessary at the time. I needed to stay distracted during my worst times to keep me from sinking.
Wishing you the best with your studies and your furry/scaly family :)
