I know I'm new, so I apologize for posting about my sadness so soon, I'm just having a tough time tonight.
I don't even feel that sad, or hopeless...more frustrated, disappointed, and even a bit angry.
I've been having such a hard time with depression since we moved here, and with my Husband gone all the time he only hears about it, but can't see it. He was home this weekend and I tried so hard not to be sad, but in the end it just makes things worse; He ends up thinking I'm doing better than I am.
Now he's gone again, and has been completely unattentive all day. No phone calls, no text messages, no emails, etc. Normally he contacts me -somehow- during the day, especially if I leave him a message I need a response to.
I just don't know what to do, and tonight I feel empty. My Mother is driving me crazy (she's staying with me) but the alternative is being home alone for days and days...which drives my anxiety through the roof, and my insomnia, and everything else.
I just know I -cannot- do this for 2-3yrs, especially when the only thing I have to look forward to his him continuing to be gone, even MORE Jan-April.
Sigh.

I only work part time and even though I complain about my job, at least it gets me out of the house maybe an idea for you!
I am always here if you want to swap being alone stories;)
It is tough being alone all the time.
Jobs hard to come by..OH DON"T I KNOW IT! Why do you think I work as a cashier at my age! the job market sucks
My husband is a truckdriver and is gone all the time. When he does come in, it's not for long. Like tonight, I get to see him for his 10 hour break. I know how hard it is to be alone and depressed.
Hang in there, you are NOT alone.
