I wish i could thank every person here that has helped and supported me through these last couple of years. But that would take to long and i would probable forget some that have helped me.
I feel i made a brake through today with the help of my therapist. Today is the first day that I KNOW I HAVE TO PUT ME FIRST
I have been told this before but i always put it in the back of my mind. I now know i have to keep it in the front. It is with the words of support from every one here that i feel i can do this. I wish there were more meaningful words that i could use but all i can think of is THANK YOU
You all have help me more than i could ever repay. I pray i can be there for you when you need me.

that is so nice i am glad that u feel that way a couple days ago i helped a friend not knowing that i did she did something for herself took some time for her every day we need to take time for yourself and relax and say life is too short as it is and stop and smell the roses)or the flowers) when possible i have been feeling some relief and take time for me, and what i want to do it is a great pleasure to enjoy whether it is a 2-3 minute break or half the day ,it feels good to take time for me....

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
