Hey everyone. Hope you guys are all doing alright. Why is it when we have a good day, our nights kick us in the ass? Why is it the better we feel, the worse we have to feel later? -sigh- I don't think I'll ever know the answer to that. Tonight I rearranged my livingroom, and I felt so good about it, all up until I laid down, and my helper went home. Now Im back to alone....

well i feel like a peterbuilt ran me down, and kept going. Not only have I been suffering from insomnia, but rearranging a living room completely in one night isn't easy either... to top all of that off i got to start my day today by waking up, doing dishes, washing the car, running errands.... im just exhausted, but no matter how hard I try, I still get no natural sleep. Thank God for alcohol.

Alcohol if taken regularly is one of the biggest depressaents you can get. Also every thing has a 'balance' you wouldn't know the ups if you didn't have the downs. That's depression, I wish you many more ups than downs xx

Any ideas on how to relax my muscles without alcohol tonight? AFter moving 3 couches, a tele, and rewiring my house for another cable outlet.... im sore.

definately the hot bath. and just lay about and relax tonight. and make sure you stretch. and yes...i feel that too....it seems to be ok and then it all crashes back on you. not sure how to stop it but it sucks and i feel your pain. hugs!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
