I took my little dog in to have her nails clipped safely by a professional vet. Guess what she does? Cut the quick! And then tried to make lame excuses. I am not paying that bill!! Now my dog that I have spent two years training to perfection (in my book) is going to fight me everytime I go to clip her feet or her nails. REally ticks me off!

Actually, after doing some research, they should have known better. You cut a little at a time until you see a black dot(for dark nails) Pink(for white) This idiot cust quickly and too much at once. Yes it could have been avoided!

And even so, why didn't she just say '
I'm sorry, it won't happen again', instead of making dumb excuses? Jeez :P

LOL, Thanks guys. I was just thinking....there is just something about getting a sympathetic ear that calms the storm :) We are such funny creatures ourselves.

The vet clinic did that to my German shepherd last year (2 different nails on the same day) and she didn't say boo! It was weird, didn't know the quick had been cut until there was blood on the examination table. My other dog, however, cries like a baby before you even make the cut!

I'd be ticked too!! A professional should be more careful. I know I would try to cut my dogs nails but I did that one time, so I get someone else too. Ewww, sorry!
