I think you give a lot of support here. I read your post all the time. Give yourself time to get through with the chemo. I bet your depression will let up a little at that time. As someone else stated, you will be missed by many if you harm yourself. The best support you gave give someone is living through moments like these and being able to share you story with someone else going through it. You are needed here.

Please contact them, especially if there is no social worker to help you through the treatments or the one that is there isn't helping.
They will talk to you as well as be able to provide you more resources.

Cancer and treatment are bears in and of themselves to get through and it doesn't surprise me to hear you say your depression has gotten worse since all this started.

I hope you will keep sharing with us as well as contacting the ACS....

Ty I will maybe try that, I've tried other hotlines for crisis but didn't know what to say or how to explain what was going on. Lately all I see a comPlete life of darkness from here. And I don't have strength to fight both

As far as the info I gave you, some are saying whatever was posted would disappear after the "migration" mess was done so I hope you were able to write it down if you are interested in it.

The ACS isn't a crisis line, they do provide a lot of good resources though for folks like you both online and via the phone.

I dearly wish I'd have known all that they offer at the time I went through it instead of the nightmare it was.

I did call them b4 giving you the info and they did say they are only here in the US. They did advise me though, that you could still get info and support via the website since so many people from all over do go there, just like here on DS.

I'd been given oral chemo and the side effects of that were awful so if you are having it that way or via IV, it's no small wonder your depression is worse now.

DS did have a cancer support group as well if you weren't aware of that one perhaps look into it?

Please, keep talking to us, just maybe you will be able to believe how important you really are, at the least, to us.
