Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Have you ever spent the afternoon or any period of time doing stuff. then later when you try to recall what you did or who you talked to any it just seems really fuzzy or hard to remember.
this happened yesterday, I went shopping not for anything in particular, saw people i knew and talked to them then went on shopping. When I got home it was like, I did all this in a fog, and it still foggy to remember.
Does this mean I'm losing my mind or just getting wierder

I go through this sometimes. It is hard to explain though.

Well, that happens to me all the time, but I have ADD and that's a classic symptom of it (I noticed from your profile you're in the ADD/ADHD group). I've learned to live with it but it certainly can be inconvenient.

Could be a few things. I found out that I have severe sleep apnea. This causes me to not sleep because my body is constantly waking me due to not getting any air. For years I've been thinking that I would get a decent nights sleep, then for snoring issues I went to a sleep clinic and found out that my body isn't getting oxygen. Since no O2, my body would constantly wake. I never noticed it until I would go to work foggy headed. The signs were there. Also, I'm going to see a neuropsychologist to see if I have ADD. Despite getting a breathing tube that I wear at night to sleep better (it really works-and makes a huge difference), I still have mental lapses. This is my experience. Talk to a doctor about this if you can.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
