Well my cell service expires tomorrow. Which means I'll have no contact at all. Completely broke and stranded out of state. Busked 9 hours straight yesterday and only made $10. Disability and circumstance prevents me from employment. Choices left are sleeping on the street, jail, mental institution... I'm actually weighing the option of ending it all. It's enough to suffer but alone is unbearable. No hearts, hopes, prayers, or positive vibes are going to help me. Only cash can get me home. Damn humans.

If you are totally out of options, you can also go to the police station and they can help you link up with a local agency to assist you.
The truth is suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. There are funds out there for every situation, you just have to find the group that meets that need.
Definitely the first post suggestion and social services, especially if you have a disability.
I would say go to social security as well, there maybe some benefits your entitled to.

I've been on the street. Nowhere to go. You can always find someplace safe to sleep if you look hard enough.

Think about it.
are you in the right place busking?
are you clean and presentable?
you can clean at a public toilet, the soap is hard on the hair but if you just do your bangs you look presentable
go to a restaurant and ask for work
You can do something for a short bit, some food prep, cleaning. A lot of times restaurants will hire you if you are willing and present yourself that you need work, ask them if they know anywhere else that might need immediate help.
I've gotten food and cash from doing that.
You will get the help, don't give up
