Hey everyone I am in total shock about the death of actor and comedian Robin Williams I saw it yesterday on my Facebook and i just could not believe that he died He was an awesome actor I loved all of his movies. he was so funny. He did suffer from depression for a long time and he had other battles he was fighting. but you never knew it when he was acting This just proves that we need to take it more serous when people say that are depressed its nothing to play around with RIP robin Williams you will be missed

I almost cried this morning when I heard the news. Then when I heard that he committed suicide and that he battled with depression, I became depressed myself. Here was a man who had it all... Money, fame, love, etc. and yet he lost his battle with depression. I don't have half of what he had to support him... It makes me wonder if I will lose my battle as well....

I have been crying over this since I learned of his passing yesterday afternoon. I feel as though a huge part of my childhood has died with him. Rest in peace Robin

Yes, I agree, Tabby, mental illness is cunning and deceptive. You just do not know. Having given medications to people in my care and watched them, and having to take them myself, yes I will absolutely agree that we we when ill still retain the capability to deceive others greatly...just another example of how mental illness still cannot touch intelligence and talent, yet can twist the mind of its sufferer. With someone who had so much to live for (we don't know everything that went on) it does seem to stack proof in the direction that depression is not always tied to the cause of not "having anything going for us." As Williams had EVERYTHING going for him, or so we thought. No loser in life, that is for sure. It points to the cunning of disease.

Everyday I feel more and more sick. Being in pain every day, I've learned to disguise it. So well that others don't believe my pain when I speak of it. Needing help but only receiving negative responses, I find my way but pay for it later. I absolutely need the rest but there's pressing things to be done.

Ugh my depression is really being triggered by the grief of losing my mom. Ugh it sucks. I wish this pain would leave me already.
