Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I know that this day can be hard for some people and so I am sending out my thoughts and prayers to those in need. Please know that you are not alone and that you are loved and cared for. Today I pray for those who are alone and lonely and have nowhere to go today. I pray that those people can find comfort and a connection with themselves and others. I pray for those who are sick and suffering today. May they know ghealth, wholeness, and wellness. And I pray too for those who feel hopeless, helpless and overwhelmed today. May they know peace and find confort as well. Happy Thanksgiving to all here at DS.

It is awesome to be considerate of others in need. I know the holidays are hard for a lot of people. It is inspiring pray for goodness for everyone.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
