She has schizoaffective disorder. I haven't talked to her in quite a while. It's funny how everything comes boiling out when you've been drinking. The last time I drank this much, I wanted to end my pain. I think I'll email my counselor and tell her of my progress. I've had quite a bit to drink tonight. But killing myself is the furthest from my mind. I apologized for abandoning her in her time of need. I told her I loved her. I wish I had a car. I'd love to hug her right now. My counselor will be so proud of this break through.

Hi! I am very happy you don't want to kill yourself! I don't know the history with your sister but sounds like your conversation went well? I just hope you weren't too drunk to not remember what was said. We tend to get sentimental when drinking and I hope you don't regret anything said or even the phone call. Again, I dont know the history and it sounds like you are happy with the outcome and you believe your counselor will be too. So if that is the case, then great! Maybe you can keep up a line of communication with her so you don't have to repeat this! Good luck to you and your sister!!

Sounds like you had a productive week. Still I imagine a lot of healing to do on both sides. Best of luck with it.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
