I think you need to call your psychiatrist or therapist right away.

If you are suicidal they will probably ask you to go to the hospital now. Do you have a friend that can take you??

I don't even have words to talk about whats going on anymore. I feel talked out. I do not want to go back to the hospital. I would rather die than be there again. I'm scared of what I am going to do to myself. But I don't want to talk or worry my friends I feel stuck.
