Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
buhhh... I think I should get off this damn computer and try try try again...
Also, I found that taking some rest, like fifteen minutes of liying down on my bed, my eyes closed, helped me to concentrate up to an hour... Then I just rest a bit, and start again...
Also, at the end of a session, I tend to eat bad, I mean, I do not take the time to cook food and just take some over processed mocrowavable things, so I'm missing necessary vitamins, and my concentration falls down... I counter it by taking supplements as soon as I start bad eating habits...
I also prepare a big smoothie that I leave in the fridge. Just have to mix, pour a glass, and it's a fast meal in my stomach...
Sorry I have no trick to get it all to sink in fast enough for you to prepare for your exam tomorrow, but I hope it'll help you for the next sessions...
I wish you break your leg! (no good to say good luck before an exam...)
