Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
(Very happy for you Baz!!)
Congratulations!!
Good in my life....this week? My actual, real doctor seemed to actually, really listen to me for once, and my bronchitis symptoms have all but vanished, in only two days. (Have been struggling for 7 weeks with this beast.) I got the right prescription for my particular needs, & that was awesome.
OK, something good in my life will always be my lovely husband. Without him I wouldn't be here, I have no doubt. He puts up with so much crap, and tells me every day that he loves me and that I am beautiful. I met him when I was 11, and we got together when we were 17 and 16, and he completes me. I love him with all my energy and heart, and I can't believe he stays with me, and loves me, when I spend most nights pacing and dozing on the sofa and make him cry.
Wow! Too much?
I'd also like to add the few close and dear friends I have, that lift me when I'm down and remind me that not everyone in this world is a massive douchebag :P
something good: family and real friends. i have a very small number of both, but i am eternally grateful for their ongoing patience and understanding.
I've just been accepted by Mind for volunteer work so am super pleased
