You're not worthless. We all have problems we're going through and we all have lives that we're living aside from DS. It's all alright. I really hope that you might go to the hospital to receive some treatment, if that is what you feel needs to be done. When I went, I really was able to concentrate on myself and getting better, without outside sources bringing me down even further then I was. Please no ceasing to exist.. Everyone deserves to be happy, and some just need help in order to achieve that. If you ever need to talk, rant or what-not, please feel free to message me. I've been told I have quite the e-ear, haha..

Sweetie, I am not going to say much here because I wrote you a long message. You KNOW how I feel. I am not going to let you cease to exist and you know I can go serious BAD ASS if I need to.. you've seen it. You don't need to apologize, but I know that's what you do. What I want and what everyone here wants is for you to find healing and get better. You can . I know you and I know the strength you have and you will dig deep until you find it, with whatever help you need to do that and you will fight and you will come out of this dark dark place and you will be okay.. I won't let that not happen, but you already know that.

I have heard you. I see my Dr. tomorrow. It is not just depression I am battling. I am to see a specialist at the end of this month concerning an injury to my back. I may not be able to work till after I am cleared to do so. This really has me stressed out and down. I have worked so hard to not use sick leave. I went three years without using a sick day. Now this will probably decimate my accrued sick leave and vacation time. I will have to start from scartch. It really has me down and feeling wosthless.

sweetie........ again...... you KNOW I had major back surgery 5 months ago so you know good and well I know what you may be facing as far as your back.. and I also know how proud you have been with your record of not taking sick leave for years at work. That is amazing. You have to get your back fixed. You are in constant pain. I lived with constant pain for over 10 years. I had NO OPTION left but the spinal fusion.. it hasn't been easy.. but you have to get your back fixed.. and I know you are stressed . I KNOW.. but I don't understand why you are feeling worthless when you have serious back problems that are no fault of yours.. do you think I blame myself that I had no disc left and severe arthritis and bone spurs that affected my quality of life? NO. it is what it is.. or what it was... and sweetie, you haven't even seen the surgeon yet to know what has to be done.. there are all kinds of procedures now.. you may need a surgery that isn't near as major as mine was.. with minimal recovery time. My dad had a laminectomy in June and he was better in days. So please try not to get more depressed about what MAY happen.. that is weeks of worry when you don't know what you need to have done, right?

you are NOT worthless.. and no matter what you have to have done with your back, it is going to be something to improve the quality of your life. Please try to look at it that way, okay?
