How do you force yourself to wake up in the morning? I somehow just hit the alarm off and sleep more I'm sleeping plenty. I should be able to wake up at 8 when I am in bed around 11 right? I'm waking up 12 hours later.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
1. Work on better nutrition,
2. Do get checked by a physician and discuss an exercise program,
3. Check for things that will facilitate good sleep, environment, etc. Maybe you're only 4-5 good hours.
4. Make sure your times are consistent.
When I am awake I want to sleep and when I am asleep I want to be awake
Very weird sometimes
Set the alarm, make a purpose #1 to get up.
Hard here too
Hopefully each day will get easier.
