so came close to suicide last night. because after ranting on her about my b day i did get several replies. but only really b day wishes cause no one knew what to say. so made me feel even more depressed cause my situation is so messed up no one else can find a silver lining either. but then watched a movie and i found my silver lining. i live in ontario canada. and that is a good friggin place to live. why you ask? because there are some parts of the world where you are shot, bombed, beat up or even raped if you are gay. but not here where i live.he majority of people here accept us as ordinary people, and thats a fight that was hard fought and won. no matter how messed up my situation is right now, it will eventually get better. i have my wife. and i am reminded of the love we have for each other and that is has always been that love and support that has goten me through worse in the past. so why cant it get me through this too. you know? im going to be ok.

dreamshadow. no there is no meds involved. we have very litle money invoved. and my wife has long term physical illness. without her meds she is in so much pain she cant get out of bed, so money is spent on her pills.and i just keep lying to her and telling her i am ok because i know we will never have the money for both our meds.i have to do this all on my own

It's hard to deal with your depression when you have someone to take care of. Like you said, just think of the beautiful love you share with her to get you through the difficult times. Can you talk to her about how you feel though? I know she has her own problems but she might be able a great support system for you. Happy belated birthday btw :)

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
