If your in the *black hole* with the demons, just remember to hang on with all you have and do what works for you. I cried, I fell, I got up again.. I went to the dr. and got changed on my meds and I prayes to my creator a number of times.... something helped..... maybe all of the above.....I even went out and road my Harley yestersday............... maybe that helped also.... just wanting to ride it was more then I have had for awhile....
