We are going to relatives for the official Thanksgiving meal. But I have a 21 pound beast in the freezer for our family. Hmmm, 3 of us (5 if my parents come) and 21 pounds.

Ohhh, LEFTOVERS!

And now for the complex thanksgiving math:

1 turkey carcass + 1 gallon water + boil/simmer for hours = Turkey Stock!

Turkey leftovers + bread + mayo + lettuce + cheese + pickles = TURKEY SANDWHICH

Turkey stock + water + turkey leftover + (other good stuff) = TURKEY SOUP!
