Depression Support Group

I want to be more focused and set specific goals. Whether it's certain goals at work, or just personally or with health issues. We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
What I found helpful was to write down a list of suggestions. When I make a mistake I write down what I did wrong and how better procedures could have changed things. Note a bad result does not always indicate poor planning, you could work hard on a presentation get unexpectedly tough questions and have problems but basically you planned well. You rebuke yourself where needed and let it go and compliment yourself when things go better.
