Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Having said that, was there ever a time you didn't feel like this? And if so, was there ever anything you wanted to do during that time that you never got to try? Now's the time to try it...and remember, everything takes time. You have all the time in the world.
If you've always felt like this, try seeking a professional or a free support group. I haven't been to one group that didn't at least let me hang around a bit to see if I shared in their affliction (depresssion, anxiety, bipolar disorder - I have the latter).
This is from my personal experience, which I'm still working through. I can say that this is the stuff that's worked for me. Ppl say working out is good too, but for me it's learning guitar and my support groups that do the most.
