crime occurs everywhere nowadays....sorry you got serious issues in your neighborhood....that sux

We live in a safe area and relatively safe county. Last year there was a shooting murder at the strip mall five minutes from my house. A few days ago a boyfriend shot his girlfriend in Leasure World. A community for age 55 and over. Ten minutes from the house. About 10 years ago there was several murders by sharp shooter ( two near my home). At gas station, strip mall, etc. But most of the time things are safe.

It's that "it could never happen here" thing. I'm sorry this happened. It can affect how safe we feel the world is. Hopefully the crime will be solved and that will bring you some peace.

The building is a locked building its for the elderly and handiecap.. I have big problems with my nahbors.. They have been going. Into my appartment and stealing from me.. I am tired of the b.s. and they have threaend me.. They do drugs and they are rough.. I always cary a knife. With me... I just wish i was alowed to cary a gun..

I live in a very small town with a lot of gangs or wanna be gang members. In fact, I live in a Senior Mobile Home Park and right next door there are drug dealers, gang members, etc.. I had a really nice donkey in front that had a plant in it. This thing weighed at least 200 pounds and someone stole it. We've had to call the police many times due to problems with break ins, etc... I keep a baseball bat by my front door. I'm afraid if I had a gun, I would end up getting shot myself! I'm really glad to hear that for the most part, you are safe! Hugs
