This is my last night at Gramys place...I've been here for almost 2 weeks and it feels like its been 2 days. I'm not looking forward to saying goodbye, I've never been good about saying goodbye to anyone. Our time together has been very special and even though the temperature was 105 or more every day we still managed to have an outing or 2. I got to spend some time with her neighbors and they made me feel welcome as well. GramyBear is one of the nicest kindest gentlest people I know. I enjoyed our heart to heart chats and I think she actually liked my cooking!!if
I know I'm going to feel sad and low for the next few days as I said I don't handle goodbyes very well.
Thank-you Gramy for opening you heart and your house to me!!! You are a dear friend, maybe next year you can come visit me!!!

I guess I should have titled it differently I didn't even consider it to be freak worthy but at 2am at least for me anyways the brain tends to be a little fogged lol.
Im home and really tired so I think sleep is my best friend right now.

I called GB to let her know I got home safe. At her place the drive is lined with speed humps so you cant go fast, she asked why I left so fast bouncing over the humps and I told her for me it really hurts to say goodbye. I had someone close to me pass away, I was told they were in the hospital but I was tired and said I will see them in the morning. I showed up the next day around lunch time and they were in a coma. I said goodbye and less than 20 minutes death came calling. I found out everyone was told its just a matter of hours and I was too tired I should have been there when they were awake and said my goodbyes but no Im a selfish bastard. That's the reason I hate goodbyes.

I left Monday and today she had family coming to visit for a week or so...busy busy lady lol.

God bless all of you for what you wrote. That is why I love my Ds family so much! Unfortunately poor BlackHawk had to endure 100 to 110 degree whether the entire time, not even kind enough to cool off at night. And we are just very good friends and I feel blessed to know my dear friend. I wish I could meet all of you in person! I had a doctor appointment the day after BH left, then my son showed up after being in rehab (which he completed with flying colors and found the Lord again) so I have him now for a few weeks. And at the end of the month my ex BIL is coming for a short visit. Thank God my depression is lifting!! Again, thank you all for your love and concern. You truly have no idea how much you all mean to me. Many hugs to all of you. GB

Aww...seems like your depression is lifted with "company" and "interaction". Happy for you.

I was just confused about the relationship because I hadn't been on this page long and I saw the "visit"...I don't trust anyone...so I was like OMG.

So glad you guys enjoyed...your time together...and glad your depression has lifted for a time.
