After taking Wellbutrin(300 mg to 450 daily) for 8 years, I just switched to Sam-e and several vit. B, D etc... for depression. I switched 2 weeks ago and feel like I have less brain fog and more clarity. I have been feeling pretty good depression wise too. Anyone else taking Sam-e?

I just started taking sam-e a few days ago, what else are you taking with it and what is your dosage? i have a 200mg blister pack that ive been taking one per day of. did your doctor reccomend this for you? i was on welbutrin for a few years, went off last august, then steadily got more depressed so i started the sam-e because its over the counter. it seems to be helping a little, not sure yet though im thinking maybe it needs to build up more in my system?

I am also taking vit. B-2, vit D., and a couple of others that I will post later when I find the names. I am taking 200mg a day, but was told I could take 2 and see if that helps more, especially in the winter months for me. let me know how it's going...

Hey! I noticed these posts were a few weeks ago, so I'm interested in an update. I very much want to get off of the medication that I'm taking (Wellbutrin and Prozac) and move towards a more "natural" cure. I've heard good things about Sam-e, but I'm wondering how it's working for you since it has been a few weeks now. Any advice or update is appreciated. Thanks!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
