I lost my little brother at age six...PM me

I think many of us have lost a loved one, I had an older sister die when I was 13. I can tell you that it does take time to make it through the grief. Time does heal all wounds, but it will never erase the good memories you have of your parents. Sometimes it helps to call a Crisis Hotline if you don't want to talk to a family member.

We all are afraid of losing people we love. However, when it will come we don't know. but you do need to talk about this to people your trust bc they could help you. We may feel lost but we will go back to the right track xx

Hi...gentle hugs, and I'm sorry you are feeling badly. Your pain is real, and I understand how challenging sharing your emotions with family can be. Holiday's for me are a trigger having none of my birth family alive. I also live alone, so silence doesn't help much either.

My dear Mom knitted, so I'll wear a sweater she made, when Mom was 70, I gave her a pinky ring with my sister's brother's and my birthstone...I wear this 24/7. I have a son who is nearing 21 and every holiday, I put a picture of my family, unfortunately this doesn't include my sister, but I have something else for her...so despite them not being here on earth, I can still celebrate with them at the table....my best to you...ml

So sorry for the loss of your parents. I have lost both of may parents, but I am a lot older than you. The grieving process does take time. It would be helpful for your to talk about it. You could try talking with your school counselor. Continue to talk to us on this site. Everyone is here for you and are willing to listen.

Sadandlonely, I'm 52. Are you indeed a young person? I've lost my parents, a sister and recently my husband, my partner (in Jan.) which I believe could have been prevented...Death is nothing to live with, as I said on here recently, but we're left to do it anyway. Death is, "the last enemy to be abolished." It desolates and is a fact of this life, but not the next. Then there will be no more crying, death, sorrow or pain if you are with God. "the former things are passed away" It is terrible now, but you can survive with God who is near unto the brokenhearted. He has also felt the grief that death creates. Remember Jesus wept when he saw people weeping over Lazarus, though he was about to ressurect him. Acts 2:38 Acts 22; 16

I am so sorry for your lost. I know how difficult it can be experience the lost of those that are very close to us and was deeply apart of lives. I am glad you have the foresight to talk about whats going on you. You definitely don't want to hold things in. You certainly have a listening ear here :)

I am so sorry for your loss. it is never easy at any age. I lost my mother unexpectedly and my father committed suicide and I was the one who found him. Send me a PM if you want to talk more.
