I wish that I had the right words to say to help you. Please know that suicide is not the answer and that you matter.

I thank you all for reaching out, this has gone on far too long though. It's time for me to go, I regret not having done it sooner. I'm tired of begging for mercy with no relief. I've prayed to God too many times to kill me in my sleep. I can't go on like this.

I'm sorry you're feeling like this. I wish I had something to say to make you feel better. The only thing I can say is that I know the feeling of wanting to end your life. I tried before. I took a bunch of pills and shortry after I began to think of how I wanted another chance. I didn't know if things would get better but I wanted to find out. I'm not sure if things will get better for you if you stay but there is a chance. Maybe that chance could be worth one more try? You can always message me if you need to talk.

Yeah, today marks my 6th month free of any suicide attempts. March 9, 2017 was my most major one, so today I was having flashback-type memories and it was interfering with my day. I was faking smiles, I was crying, upset, about to hurt myself. But then I remembered, I've come so far, I can't just give up like that.
And I don't want you to give up, you're so powerful, suicide cannot take your power. You need your power for a good life, you deserve it, even if you're going through hell, you still deserve a peaceful life. I'm here for you if you ever need. <3

Please don't kill yourself! What if you heal? What if you have amazing experiences ahead of you? You can fight through this. It can become very painful at times. Just today I was thinking about how much I want to end my life, but I'm gonna keep fighting. There are many reasons to live and only one reason to die. I may not know you but I will feel so sad if you follow through with this. I care about you and so do others. Pls just give life a few more chances. You can do this. I think that's rude. The train driver has to cope with you flinging yourself in front of the train. There are plenty of ways to kill yourself that don't leave victims behind you. Basic courtesy would require that you use one of those.

I think simple personal integrity requires that if we top ourselves, we at least go out with some manners, and not as some kind of front page spread our family has to live down or using a tool they have to regret purchasing.

Any tiny level of consideration or love would involve us telling our family what we were going to do and letting them get used to the idea. Letting them state their objections. Hearing them out. Anything else is an act of the utmost cruelty which I have no regard for at all.

So if you're going to top yourself:

Make sure your affairs are in order.
Make sure you have clean underwear on.
Make sure you don't owe anybody any money
And make sure you say goodbye to everyone who needs closure. That's your mother, your father, your brothers and sisters.

Anything else is just plain rude.

Before pulling the plug on life consider that: 1) You could fail at your attempt; perhaps leaving you permanently incapacitated for future attempts; 2) unknown abyss; 3) Your next existence could be a repeat of the unresolved issues of this existence...You may find this a cynically negative perspective but ironically this is what has 'kept' me here...

Don’t give up, don’t be a quitter be a achiever. Talk to us tell us whatever you need to.
It’s not worth dying over, you’ve still go a ways to go before the end approaches.

Chronic depression is an insidious dreadful illness...and can often feel all consuming. But one thing I know also to be true is that 'This too shall pass'...yes it sounds like a throw away line...but it is so very true. Life is hard for many of us for sure...but death is so permanent, therefore making life so very important. You obviously have insight that what you are feeling is indeed 'depression'...and that is half the battle won. There are many new generation medications out there that can alleviate some of your distress or dampen your symptoms as you endeavour to find strategies to make positive changes and start moving forward. Nothing worthwhile in life is easy...start searching for simple joys then build from them.

First, I want you to know that you are loved. You may not believe that, but it's true. Second, there is hope. There is always hope. You were created for a reason, and your life has meaning, and purpose. I know what it's like to feel hopeless, but it's a lie. Don't believe it. Life is always worth choosing, and living.
