I've been doinv pretty good the last few weeks, but for whatever reason, had a major relapse yesterday- crying in feont of my kids, at work etc. horrible day all day. Took xanax and klonopin to alleviate.
Now today i am totally drained. Could barely muster enough energy to pour my kida a bowl of cereal. My husband says i should go play with the kids outside to help occupy my time on a day like today when im feeling alone and vulnerable. Whats he doesnt realize is this is like asking a person with a broken ankle to hop on that leg.
I've been doing well with ally treatments, but should i have such a severe reaction that i cant bring myself out of with all the medications, therapies and interventions im doing?
Anybody else out there feel the hang over that comes the day atter a mini-breakdown like this)

i went through somthing like that about 3 months ago ..............i had to get my meds raised and it was slow but i came out of it but still have to keep the higher meds for a while yet i tried to go dowen and i didnt do well so i went back up.....................hang in there .................god bless

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
